Refund policy

1. Our Craftsmanship Guarantee

  • Each ring is individually forged and inspected before shipment.

  • If you experience any craftsmanship issues or receive an incorrect item, we’ll repair, replace, or refund your order for free of charge.

2. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a free return:

    • The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

    • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

  • To initiate your free return, fill out our Start a Return form.

  • If your return is accepted:

    • We’ll send a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • We offer free return shipping on all UK orders. This applies to both refunds and exchanges.

  • Due to larger international postage fees, customers outside the UK are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs or import fees.

  • Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

5. Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at support@silvalor.com so we can make it right.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including:

    • Custom pieces (e.g., engraved, resized, or specially modified rings).

    • Sale items and gift cards.

  • If you’re unsure whether your piece qualifies as custom, please contact us before purchasing.

7. Exchanges

  • The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

    1. Return your existing piece for a refund.

    2. Place a new order for the correct size or style.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

  • To qualify:

    • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase is required.

9. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved:

    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

    • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

  • If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@silvalor.com.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund:

    1. Check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary.

    2. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@silvalor.com and we’ll help resolve it.
