Yes — every Silvalor ring is forged from genuine 925 sterling silver, the same precious metal standard used by fine jewelers worldwide. Each piece contains 92.5% pure silver, chosen for its balance of purity, strength, and timeless character.
Every ring also bears a ‘925’ stamp hallmark, verifying its authenticity as solid sterling silver.

Shipments & delivery
Most orders are shipped from our Manchester, UK workshop. For some of our intricate designs, dispatch is handled by our specialist atelier in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Production typically takes 1–3 weeks, depending on demand and design complexity.

Once your ring has been crafted, it is promptly dispatched with complimentary worldwide express delivery. Shipping times are as below:
Standard shipping times:
- UK & Europe: 1–5 business days
- North America: 5–11 business days
- Rest of the World: 9–17 business days

Returns & Exchanges
Not the perfect fit? You can return or exchange your Silvalor piece within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s in its original condition and packaging. Start your return by using our Return Form.

Once approved, if the exchange product is in stock, it will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
If the product is not in stock, it will be made-to-order. The exact timelines can be found on each product page. Once crafted, the piece will be shipped promptly.
Lifetime Warranty
Every Silvalor ring is forged to endure — crafted from solid 925 sterling silver and built to last a lifetime. We stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects or structural faults.
If your piece ever fails due to a craftsmanship issue, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. This warranty does not cover normal wear, surface scratches, tarnishing, accidental damage, or loss.
To make a claim, simply contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps.
