Determine your size
  1. You can determine your ring size with a soft measuring tape or piece of ribbon. To measure, place the measuring tape (or ribbon) around your finger and mark the end.
  2. Using a ruler, measure the marked cord to get your ring circumference in millimetres.
  3. To find your size, use the size chart below to convert from circumference to US size. 

If your finger size is between two sizes, choose the next size up. For example, if your finger measured 51mm, select a 52mm ring size.

Story

The koi swims against the current its whole life. In the old story, the one that fights upstream to the top of the waterfall becomes a dragon. This is a ring for those who defy the odds and win that same transformation.

Carp and breaking water are carved in deep relief around the full circumference of the band, worked by hand in solid .925 sterling silver and oxidised so the fish and the current lift out of the shadow behind them. Cast pieces cannot hold this movement. Polished rails frame the scene above and below, the interior is finished smooth against the finger, and the band measures 8mm wide at 12 grams. Stamped and hallmarked. Never plated, never filled. 

It wears with weight and reads up close, pair it alongside the coiled dragon it's fighting to become, Ryū. Available in sizes 6 to 14, and most returns happen because of fit, so measure with our Size Guide before you order.     Incredible texture

    The engraving provides an awesome tactile texture when you run your fingers across it. It feels historical and rugged but looks extremely elegant due to the bright mirror-polished edges. Masterfully done sterling silver.
