Each ring is individually forged and inspected before shipment.

If you experience any craftsmanship issues or receive an incorrect item, we’ll repair, replace, or refund your order for free of charge.
2. Eligibility & Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a free return:

The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted:

We’ll send a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

We offer free return shipping on all UK orders. This applies to both refunds and exchanges.

Due to larger international postage fees, customers outside the UK are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs or import fees.
- Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
5. Damages & Issues

7. Exchanges

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
